The Intersection website is an on-line information service provided by Hinto S.r.l. Its use is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not intend to accept, you are advised not to use the site and not to download any material from it.
We are committed to protect your privacy. The information that we collect are all going to be treated according to the law (Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR).
We may collect information about you for two main reasons: first, to process your order and secondly answer any question that you might have.
The type of information we might collect about you are: your fist and last name, email address, IP Address and your Company Name.
The information we collect will be accurate and up to date. You can check, change or delete the information we have in our possession at any time, emailing us using the links at the end of our newsletters.
The personal information which we collect will be held safely in accordance to our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the behavioural patterns of our visitors. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can modify your browser settings at any time in order to prevent this from happening.
Your data will be retained as long as your contractual and commercial relationship with us continues, until you delete the subscription, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

Any material sent to INTERSECTION, for example via e-mail or through the World Wide Web pages, will be considered non-confidential. Hinto will have no obligations whatsoever with respect to such material and will be free to reproduce it, use it, reveal it, show it, transform it, make derivative works and distribute it to third parties without limits. Furthermore, Hinto will be free to use all the ideas, concepts, know-how or technical knowledge contained in such material, for any purpose, including, without it being limited, the development, production and marketing of products using such material. Anyone who sends material guarantees that the same is publishable and agrees to hold Hinto harmless from any action by third parties in relation to such material.
A “cookie” (ie a small data file that some websites, while they are visited, can send to the visitor’s address) can be found somewhere in the Intersection site, in order to track the visitor’s paths on the site. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan, Italy, will have jurisdiction and exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes in any case connected to these conditions. Nevertheless, Hinto reserves the right, if it deems it necessary, to take legal action before courts of countries or cities other than Italy or Milan, to protect its interests and enforce its rights.
